Ghostly Lights Return

More Great Lakes Lighthouse Fiends and Phantoms

by Annick Hivert-Carthew

Grisly home remedies on Western Island ... terror and solitude at Calumet Harbor ... supernatural seduction at White River ... invisible evils on Stannard Rock ...

This thrilling collection of spine-tingling tales takes place in and around the often desolate Great Lakes Lighthouses. From the imaginative author of Ghostly Lights come more chilling tales that will delight and alarm those who dare to enter.

“These spooky tales, fact and fiction from the fertile imagination of Hivert-Carthew, are all the better for being set in familiar places...there is just enough truth—from anecdotes unearthed in her extensive research, from oral histories, real people, old lighthouse keepers and records—to make the stories bone chilling.”

Elizabeth Kane Buzzeli, Traverse City Record-Eagle
